An applicant for a move permit shall supply the following information:
- Present location, proposed route, and final destination of building, boat, machine or other article to be moved.
- (b) Weight, length, width and loaded height of the building, boat, machine or other vehicle.
- (c) Date, time and duration of proposed move.
