Any person undertaking authorized work of any form within a street or in any way interfering with or obstructing the normal use of a street shall place and maintain temporary traffic control devices as prescribed in the Manual of Temporary Traffic Control, or as directed by the Director. amended 8167/2002; 47/2008, 20/2011 SPRING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
