a sky lantern within the City of Winnipeg. 52(2) Any person who offers for sale, causes or permits to be sold, or otherwise distributes sky lanterns within the City of Winnipeg must post a notice in a conspicuous location located in the point of sale area which indicates that igniting sky lanterns or releasing sky lanterns while ignited is not permitted within the City of Winnipeg. 53 Incidents must be reported
