feeding for the purpose of trapping;

• (b) the feeding of birds; or
• (c) feeding performed by animal rescue organizations, societies, zoos, researchers, universities or governmental agencies. Temperature restrictions on leaving animals in vehicles 38.5(1) No person may leave a dog, cat or other companion animal unattended in a vehicle
