Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.1, Section 8.1(j) and Section
- (k) boulevard parking is permitted on highways at the sides and between the limits on the days and times set out in Columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 of 5 of Schedule 4 to this By-law.
