112 PART XII - EXEMPTIONS Nothing in this By-law shall apply to prohibit the keeping of an Animal in the following places or circumstances:
- Within educational facilities where Animals are being Kept for study, research or teaching purposes in conjunction with and under the direct sponsorship of a school board or the Ministry of Education.
