The highways or portion of highways set out in Column 1 of Schedule VIII of this by-law on the side set out in Column 2 of the said Schedule between the limits set out in Column 3 of the said Schedule and at the school or institution set out in Column 4 of the said Schedule are hereby designated as school bus loading zones.
