Where angle parking is permitted on a highway,
41. no person shall park any vehicle except at an angle of forty-five degrees (45 ) with reference to the curb or boundary of the roadway and having regard to the direction which the vehicle had been proceeding on the side of the highway adjacent to the angle parking zone.
