Where signs to that effect are displayed,
49. no person shall park a vehicle on any highway at the side and between the limits set out respectively in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule XIV of this by-law during the prohibited times or days set out in Column 4 of the said Schedule. section 49 shall not apply to vehicles which clearly display a valid accessible parking permit.
