Brampton By-law 93-93, s. 60(1) — Traffic and Parking By-law

If compliance therewith would be impractical, the provisions of the sections and subsections of this by-law shall not apply to ambulances, Police and Fire Department vehicles and any vehicles while actually engaged in works undertaken for or on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Brampton, the Regional Municipality of Peel, the federal or provincial government, or any utility;
