A demerit point system is established as follows herein this Schedule but does not preclude the use of options otherwise available to enforce this bylaw or any other by-law of the municipality or Provincial Act or Regulation including, but not limited to, administrative penalties as set out in this by-law and actions pursuant to the Building Code Act, Fire Protection and Prevention Act and the Provincial Offences Act
