No billboard sign shall be located:
- Within 300 m of any other billboard sign.
- (b) Within 300 m from a residential zone.
- (c) Within 100 m of a park, hospital or school.
- (d) Less than 10.5 m from a property line and 4.5 m from any other lot line.
