- Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law 34-2007, the following signageshall be permitted on the lands identified in 6.8.1 and 6.8.2;

• i. one static digital billboard located Con 3 SDS Pt Lots 1, 2 RP 20R11764 Parts
• ii. 1,2,3,4 Hydro One Property, n.s. of of Fairview St.and w of Walker’s Line with each message displayed for a minimum of ten (10) seconds);
• iii. one static digital billboard located Con 3 SDS Pt Lots 1, 2 RP 20R11764 Parts 1,2,3,4 Hydro One Property, n.s. of of Fairview St.and w of Walker’s Line with a maximum height of 10 meters;
• iv. one static digital billboard located Con 3 SDS Pt Lots 1, 2 RP 20R11764 Parts 1,2,3,4 Hydro One Property, n.s. of Fairview St.and w of Walker’s Line with a maximum sign area of 8.5 m2
• v. one static digital billboard located Con 1, 2 SDS Pt Lots 1 to 13 RP 20R7124 Parts 2, 25 RP 20R – Hydro One Property Upper Middle Road w of Heron Way with each message displayed for a minimum of ten (10) seconds);
• vi. one static digital billboard located Con 1, 2 SDS Pt Lots 1 to 13 RP 20R7124 Parts 2, 25 RP 20R – Hydro One Property Upper Middle Road w of Heron Way with a maximum height of 10 meters
• vii. one static digital billboard located Con 1, 2 SDS Pt Lots 1 to 13 RP 20R7124 Parts 2, 25 RP 20R – Hydro One Property Upper Middle Road w of Heron Way with a maximum sign area of 8.5 m2.
