Deemed Effective Notice given in accordance with section 12.4 shall be deemed to be effective:
- on the date it is personally given, posted to the recipient’s property, delivered by courier, or hand delivered;
- (b) on the date on which the fax is sent;
- (c) on the date the e-mail is sent; or
- (d) on the fifth day after the date of mailing by registered or regular mail. PART 13: REPEAL, EFFECTIVE DATE AND TRANSITION
