- 9.1 PART 9: REVIEW A person who has received a notice of refusal to issue a tree permit or notice that a tree permit has been revoked from the Manager may request a review to the Director by sending a request for review in writing, as directed by the Manager, within 14 days of receiving the notice of refusal
