Every owner of property shall ensure that the lot of their property does not remain ungraded or free of vegetative growth for more than thirty days unless the property is:
a construction site for which a site alteration permit and/or a building permit has been issued and remains valid and active;
- (b) being developed under a subdivision or registered site plan agreement with the City; or,
- (c) being actively farmed.
