- 8.9 If an Officer is satisfied that a contravention of this By-law has occurred, he or she may make an order requiring the person who has contravened this By- law or who caused or permitted the contravention or the owner of a property on which the contravention occurred to do work to correct the contravention.An order under section 8.9 shall set out
