Prohibition
1. No person shall park or drive heavy traffic upon any highway or part thereof, except as permitted by authorized truck route signs on display on any highway described in Column 1 of Schedule "15" to this by-law, from the location identified in Column 2 to the location identified in Column 3 during the time(s) set out in Colmnn 4 of said Schedule.
