Disposal of Cleanings:
- Any owner of pigeons or other birds shall dispose of all waste and garbage from pigeons and birds:
- in a manner that will not create a public nuisance or health hazard; and
- (b) in accordance with the provisions of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O., 1990, C.H.7, as amended, or any successor legislation, and regulations pursuant thereto.
