Compliance:
Every owner of a breeding or boarding kennel existing at the time of the passage of this by-law shall:
- Not maintain more than the number of animals for which their existing facilities were designed: and
- (b) Comply with the standards for the kennel contained in this by-law within fourteen (14) months of the passing of this by-law.
