OWNER REQUIREMENTS No Running at Large:
No person shall allow a dog to run at large in the City. Section 6.1 shall not apply to a leash-free park designated by the City;
and
- (b) Adult: For the purposes of Section 6.2, an adult is a person 16 years of age or older.
