Cambridge By-law 26-021, s. 5.73 — An Officer may issue an order requiring that the Property, or any part of it, be inspected by a Certified Air Quality Assessment professional. The Owner shall provide the Officer with a written report prepared by a Certified Air Quality Assessment professional. The report shall detail the extent of mould contamination and remediation of mould, details about the air quality levels and any other items as the Officer deems necessary
