Every Owner shall ensure that signage is installed for every fire access route in accordance with any approved site plan or agreement, applicable City by-laws, and Provincial legislation. This includes but is not limited to the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c.4, including regulations made thereunder.
