The fee for each area time limit exemption permit shall be an amount approved by Council, based upon the cost per month, plus Goods and Services Tax. The fee shall be payable in advance and shall be calculated as
a biweekly cost for the balance of the first year, and thereafter shall be renewable on a calendar year basis, on or before the first day of January of each year.
