Time Limit Exemption Permits remain the property of the City of Hamilton and the Manager may, with 24 hours notice, recall, void, cancel or otherwise revoke any Time Limit Exemption Permit, and the unexpended portion of the fee paid by the permit holder shall be refunded at the convenience of the City.
