Notwithstanding Section 11.1 (9) above, and for greater certainty, a free- floating carshare vehicle shall not park in any of the following locations at the end of trip:
- (a) Through highways;
- (b) Metered parking spaces;
- (c) Parking by Permit Only Areas;
- (d) Municipal Car Parks; or
- (e) Outside of Wards 1, 2 or 3 of the City of Hamilton.
