SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT AREAS (1)
No person shall park, stand, or stop a vehicle in contravention of any provision of this By-law within a Special Enforcement Area. For the purposes of subsection (1), "Special Enforcement Area" means an area set out on Schedule 23.
