The permit shall be affixed to the sun visor of the driver's side of the motor vehicle being used to transport the permit holder, and such permit shall be affixed in such a manner to that it is readily visible from outside of the vehicle
when the visor is turned down, or it shall be displayed on the left hand side dashboard of the vehicle in such a manner as to be in clear view from the exterior of the vehicle.
