In the case of an order to discontinue a contravening activity made under subsection 7(9) or an order to do work made under subsection 7(11), in addition to delivery given in accordance with subsection 7(13), delivery may be given by an officer placing a placard containing the order or other document in a conspicuous place on the property where the contravention occurred.
