Part 11 - Livestock And Poultry
No Person shall keep Livestock or Poultry on any Property except:
- on an Agricultural Property;
- on a Property containing five (5) or more acres;
- on a Property that houses horses that are in the service of the City or a local board of the City, as that term is used in the Municipal Act, 2001, including the Kingston Police Services Board;
- in a Veterinary Hospital or Clinic;
- or as part of a temporary cultural, recreational or educational event, including a public or agricultural fair.
