Part 4 - Permitted Animals
No Person shall own, keep, possess or transfer an Animal that is not listed in Schedule A of this Bylaw, except:
- in accordance with an exception described in Schedule A of this Bylaw;
- or in the following places or circumstances:
a Veterinary Hospital or Clinic; the Kingston Humane Society; the Pound; an accredited educational institution or research facility where such Animals are housed or studied; or
a temporary educational or entertainment display, including a circus or zoo, that is supervised at all times by a qualified handler.
