Limited Parking When authorized signs are on display,
5. no person shall park a vehicle on any highway named or described in Schedule '2' to this by-law, except on the side or sides of highways set out therein, during the times and/or days set out therein, for the length of time set out therein, unless displaying a valid Construction Parking Permit.
