no person shall stop a vehicle on any highway:
- Within a School Bus Loading Zone;
- (ii) On or adjacent to a median;
- (iii) On, under or within 30 metres of a bridge, elevated structure, tunnel or underpass;
- (iv) Within a roundabout.
