Floor Area – Required The minimum floor areas for a lodging unit shall be as follows:
- a) sleeping rooms shall have an area not less than 7 m 2 (75 ft 2 ) per person for single occupancy and 4.6 m 2 (50 ft 2 ) per person for multiple occupancy.
