- 7.5 Each person who contravenes any provision of this By-law shall, upon issuance of a penalty notice in accordance with the Administrative Monetary Penalty System By-law A-54, be liable to pay the City an Administrative Monetary Penalty
- 8.1 By-law PW-4 and any amendments thereto are hereby repealed
- 8.3 This by-law shall come into force and effect on July 1, 2009
