Even if a vehicle bears a valid parking permit issued under this section, nothing in this section shall authorize a driver to stop or park a vehicle on any highway temporarily closed under the Municipal Act, 2001 for any work or improvement being carried out on it or for any other municipal purpose approved by Council from time to time.
