The classes of vehicles which are ineligible for a daytime parking permit are:
- tow trucks, dump trucks, tractor trailers, cube vans, commercial motor vehicles, boat trailers, snowmobile trailers, tent trailers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, any vehicle that exceeds 5.5 metres in length and any vehicle that has a rated capacity in excess of 1,360 kilograms.
