Prohibition:
Where an Official Sign to that effect is displayed, no person operating a Vehicle on any Highway set out in Column 1 of Schedule XII proceeding in the direction set out in Column 2, shall turn the Vehicle in the direction set out in Column 3 during the times or days set out in Column 4.
