Oshawa By-law 79-99, s. 24.2.1 — and each owner of that Vehicle are, when given a Penalty Notice in accordance with the City’s Parking Administrative Penalty System By-law, liable to pay to the City an administrative penalty in the amount specified in Schedule XXIV to this By-law for each day or part of a day on which the contravention continues.
