Exemption:
- If compliance would be impracticable, Sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.17, 4.18, 4.19, 4.29, 4.43, 4.47, 6, 7.1, and 10.2 of this by-law shall not apply to Vehicles while forming part of a funeral procession for as long as may reasonably be required for the purpose of the funeral.
