Home Health Care Services:
- Persons prescribed in paragraph 3.1(b.3)(a) as providing health care services within the territorial limits of the City are, subject to the conditions prescribed in paragraph 3.1(b.3)(c), exempt from sections 4.37, 4.38, 6.2, 9.4 and 10.2;
