Interference with Highway Cleaning:
No person shall Stop a Vehicle on a Highway in such a manner as to interfere with Highway cleaning operations. For clarity, and without limitation, if a highway cleaning vehicle must change its course to avoid a Stopped Vehicle, or is prevented from entering an area it would otherwise have entered to clean a Highway because of a Stopped Vehicle, that Vehicle is deemed to be interfering with Highway cleaning operations.
