Exemptions for Lease Parking Vehicles:
A Lease Parking Vehicle displaying, in the prescribed location, a valid Lease Parking Permit, while Parked in a Parking Space in a Parking Lot or Parkade, shall not be required to comply with Sections 4.47, 9.4 or 9.6 of this by-law.
