Parking Lot 52 Exemption:
No person who Parks a Vehicle in the Parking Lot described as Parking Lot 52 in Column 2 of Schedule V of this by-law shall be required to comply with section 9.4 of this by-law if the Vehicle is Parked for less than 30 consecutive minutes.
