- 14.1 The SUPERVISOR, PARKING OPERATIONS is hereby authorized to issue a PARKING PERMIT to a person to PARK a MOTOR VEHICLE on a HIGHWAY on such terms and conditions as the SUPERVISOR, PARKING OPERATIONS determines are reasonable. (amended by 26-027)
- 14.2 The SUPERVISOR, PARKING OPERATIONS will not issue a PARKING PERMIT until the applicant has paid the fee as set out in the By-Law 25- 128 By-Law, being the City’s User Fee By-Law. (amended by 26-027)
