No Ticket:
- If a driver cannot produce a ticket on exiting, the PARKING ATTENDANT shall calculate the fee for PARKING commencing from the time that the PARKING ATTENDANT started duty until the time of exit in accordance with the rate set out in Column 4 of Schedule V.
