Exemptionsfor LEASE PARKING VEHICLES:
A LEASE PARKINGVEHICLE displaying, in the prescribed location, a valid LEASE PARKING PERMIT, while parked in a PARKING SPACE in a PARKING LOT or PARKADE, shall not be required to comply with Articles 4.40, 8.4 or 8.6 of this by-law.
