Work Order — Deemed Receipt A Work Order is deemed to be received by an Owner, Occupant or other Person served with it:
- In the case of personal service as in subsection 11.3(a) or posting as in subsection 11.3(c), upon such personal service or posting; and
- (b) In the case of prepaid registered mail, on the 5th calendar day after it is mailed.
