Set Out of Bulky Waste No Owner or Occupant shall set out, nor shall the Town be obligated to collect Bulky Waste:
- that is infested with rodents, vermin or pests unless the Bulky Waste has been:
- dismantled (where applicable), defaced or damaged as to make unusable;
- (i) and
- (ii) encased, enclosed and wrapped in plastic; and
- (b) unless all hazards have been removed from the Bulky Waste including, but not limited to, nails, lightbulbs, glass and batteries.
