Administration authority - delegated to Commissioner The Commissioner is responsible for the administration of this by-law and is authorized to:
- a) prescribe the form for an Application; and
- b) review decisions made by the Tree Preservation By-law Officer to refuse or revoke Permits in accordance with Article 7.
